Giovanni Di Stefano FRSA - Head of Studio Legale
Is an international lawyer having defended and represented some of the most high-profile clients in the 20th century now concentrating on high value dispute resolutions between multinational companies and inter-government conflicts. With over 30 years’ experience in representing clients in both civil and penal in multi-jurisdictional litigation. A member of the NYSBA and the youngest Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts since the 17th century. Additionally, Giovanni has been a member of the IBA, ECBA, CBA and currently the ABA. Giovanni has addressed both the Oxford Union and the Cambridge Union and appears regularly in the media regarding current world events. Giovanni is also a member of the New York State Bar, New York City Bar and The Chicago Bar Association.
David Martin-Sperry
Possesses the skill to sense other people’s emotions, along with the ability to imagine what someone else might be thinking or feeling, which enables her to resolve disputes amicably. She has worked in the boxing arena for high-profile promoters and some of the most famous boxing champions throughout the 90s and early 2000s, and she continues to involve herself locally. Caroline is an editor in international affairs who communicates with people on the front line. She is also known for her fight for justice and is not afraid to speak her mind to achieve a fair and correct result. She is also known for assisting counsel and lawyers with her organizational skills, which enables her to seek the correct guidance for any challenges she encounters.
Gianluca Di Stefano
Is admitted to New York City Bar and is a technical analyst with a vast experience in computer programming and passive surveillance. He has worked with several IT companies and provided technical support for digital e-sourcing. He holds the highest level of security clearance at the top 100 companies worldwide. He holds a Diploma in Economics and International Business from the European Institute of Leadership and Management having attended the top schools in Rome and Madrid. He is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, Serbian and a working knowledge of French. He is an officer of several Corporations and is based in Rome and Belgrade.
Slavica Grahovac
Is one of the leading members of the Serbian Bar specialising in international terrorism and organised crime having lectured on such in various jurisdictions. She has language as well as medico-scientific qualifications and a member of the Association of Journalists of Serbia having written books and papers on international crime. She is proficient in Russian, English and Serbian and enjoys the respect of her students and colleagues worldwide. Her experience in representing high profile clients as well as institutional companies provides valuable expertise in dispute resolution.
Antonietta Luppa
Is a leading member of Rome’s industrial and commercial society. She obtained a First-Class Law degree from La Sapienza University and practised until she was elevated to a leading firm owned by her family. During this time, she learned the skills required in dispute resolution and settled disputes rather than litigation. She is a member of the NYSBA and is a consultant to various corporations involved in the media. She speaks Italian, English and has a working knowledge of Spanish and French.
Michele S. Di Stefano
A graduate from the Cambridge University family, having attended a prestigious school in Rome before finally Cambridge. He is an experienced FIFA football agent and has learned well the skills required for dispute resolution, the art of an agent is often dispute resolution and middleman work. He has expert negotiation and client representation skill, mixed with a strong legal and ethical foundation and framework.
